 BOSS Crane & Rigging (BOSS) is a proud member of the Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association (SC&RA), is compliant with both Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) safety compliance and enforcement programs, and with all OSHA requirements. We are dedicated to maintaining our position as an industry leader in safety. BOSS’ operators are also certified through the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO) and will give you a safe and reliable service each and every time they are on your site.

At BOSS, safety is more than just a mission statement, an individual, or a thick manual; Safety is Priority One, which means ensuring that each task is only performed when an acceptable level of risk is present.  This can only be achieved through safe practices being integrated as a part of every task and not a side item. It is the work conducted by the “boots on the ground” that determines our success and safety and for that reason our safety program is designed around employees and behaviors, not just rules and regulations.  Through pre-planning for safety, frequent and regular training, management commitment, and the importance of stop work authority we do everything in our power to provide and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
