New management & fleet additions position BOSS for continued success
Houston, TX (November 24, 2025) — Bennett On-Site Services, LLC, commonly referred to in the industry as BOSS Crane & Rigging, are proud to announce key additions to its management team as the company continues to expand its operations and strengthen its position in the industry.
The new management marks an exciting chapter for BOSS, reinforcing the company’s long-standing commitment to safety, service excellence and continued growth.
Joining the team are:
- Joel Thames, Regional Manager for Bennett On-Site Services, LLC with a primary focus on the Texas markets.
- Kevin Hamilton, Regional Manager for Bennett On-Site Services, LLC with a primary focus on the Southeastern United States region.
Joel Thames has 32 years of experience in the crane and rigging industry and is also based out of Bennett On-Site Services, LLC’s Dayton, Texas office. Joel will drive the expansion of crane rental and heavy-lift services across the state of Texas, cementing Bennett On-Site Services’ reputation as the trusted partner for Texas’s most demanding industrial projects. He specializes in high stakes lifting for the oil and gas, chemical, industrial and commercial sectors, delivering precision, reliability and uptime when it matters most.

Kevin Hamilton brings 30+ years of expertise in the crane and rigging industry and is based in Florida. In this strategic role, Kevin will drive growth in the region’s crane rental and heavy-lift services, further solidifying Bennett On-Site Services’ position as the go-to partner for complex industrial projects.
With a proven track record in crane operations and customer-focused project execution, Kevin brings deep expertise in the crane rental sector. His leadership will center on expanding Bennett On-Site Service’s innovative factory-to-foundation turnkey solutions: a seamless, end-to-end service that manages heavy loads from manufacturing origin to final on-site installation.
“Our factory-to-foundation model eliminates complexity for clients,” explains Hamilton. “We supply the equipment at the factory, coordinate secure transport, unload with our cranes and install using our expert riggers, all under one contract. It’s a true single-source solution.”
These leaders will play a pivotal role in guiding Bennett On-Site Services, LLC’s strategic initiatives and to strengthen the company’s position as a trusted name in logistics, transportation, heavy haul and lift.
With key operations in Texas, Georgia, and Florida, Bennett On-Site Services operates a modern fleet of cranes ranging from 8 to 900 tons, backed by certified rigging teams and heavy-haul logistics. The new management additions come at a pivotal time as the company invests to meet rising demands in energy, technology and infrastructure.
Further in support of this growth, Bennett On-Site Services has also expanded its fleet with the addition of two Grove TMS 9000e cranes. This expansion boosts Bennett On-Site Services capacity to take on bigger challenges, support existing partners and power into new markets.
